Abstract
Entrepreneurship training is a form of community empowerment that plays a crucial role in enhancing human resource capacity, particularly in fostering entrepreneurial interest. This study aims to examine the effect of micro-scale motorcycle repair shop entrepreneurship training on increasing entrepreneurial interest among the residents of Waturia Village, Magepanda District, Sikka Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The participants consisted of 10 trainees selected through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistical analysis. The results indicate that the micro-scale motorcycle repair shop entrepreneurship training effectively increased the participants' entrepreneurial interest. The analysis revealed an average entrepreneurial interest score of 4.25, which falls within the very high category. These findings suggest that the training not only enhanced participants' technical knowledge and skills in motorcycle repair but also strengthened their motivation, self-confidence, and readiness to establish their own businesses. Therefore, micro-scale motorcycle repair shop entrepreneurship training represents an effective community empowerment strategy for fostering entrepreneurial interest and promoting economic development at the village level.
